It is in good usable condition. It has a few very small dings. It does have scratching and normal wear. The inside has some color darkening. Around the locks there is a little rust. I did oil it to stop rust. It is 13.5" diameter outside ring, the inner well is 10.25" and it is 6.5" tall with the handle.
Please look at the pictures well for best description. I miss things sometimes and the pictures are usually the better for description. If item has a flaw that is not listed but is in the pictures, it is a part of the description. Please message me about any problems before purchasing. I do try to price fairly according to any issues the product has.
