When I was 15 years old, I visited a card show in California when the Cincinnati Reds were in town, playing the Dodgers… I met Pete Rose at the show and got this glossy photo signed by him and blue sharpie… There were no COAs at the time… The photo as you can see in the scan has a little bit of a ding to it on the right side.. could probably be pressed out
Otherwise, the rest of the item is in nice shape. The signature is clear.
