Little Giant's low level piggyback diaphragm switch converts any manual pump up to 1/3 HP (115V, 10 maximum running Amps) to automatic operation. Includes a 25-foot power cord. Designed to operate in water the compact design works well in limited space. The switch can be used either by attaching it to the Little Giant 5-MSP pump or attached to the discharge pipe of other pumps to control on-off operation of the pump. The switch is activated by pressure to a diaphragm, caused by rising water around the switch housing. The low level activates the pump when water reaches 2.5 inches and shuts the pump off when water falls to 1 inch (+/- 0.5 inches). This switch is ideal for use with utility, flood or hydroponic pumps. Note: the power cord contains a breather tube. Be sure power cord is not pinches so that the breather tube doesn't get obstructed. Non-restrictive air flow is required for proper operation.

- ON/OFF LEVEL: Pump activates when water reaches 2.5 inches and shuts off when water falls to 1-inch; override automatic operation by plugging pump directly to wall outlet
